yourself to be exactly as you are.”

Mindfulness
Inspired by the healing my own practice brought to my life, I began teaching yoga and meditation in 2009. I’ve led yoga and meditation groups in a variety of settings including university counseling centers, hospitals, and substance abuse treatment centers.
I am passionate about demystifying the practice of mindfulness and making it accessible to all people.
I've found that these tools can be particularly helpful for those with anxiety or chronic pain.
I also provide psycho-educational workshops on mindfulness and how it integrates into the field of psychology.
